Delightdays Experiences LTD - Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Delightdays Experiences LTD (referred to as "Delightdays," "we," "us," or "our") is an online experiences marketplace and gift voucher provider registered as a limited liability company in Kenya.

2. Services Provided

2.1. Online Experiences Marketplace: Delightdays operates an online marketplace that allows users to purchase and gift a wide range of experiences.

2.2. Gift Vouchers: In addition to experiences, Delightdays offers gift vouchers that can be redeemed at supermarkets and fuel stations in Kenya.

3. User Eligibility

3.1. Users must be 18 years of age or older to use our services.

3.2. To create an account, users must provide a valid email address and phone number.

4. Payments and Billing

4.1. Payments will be processed through our website, and users will receive an e-voucher via email after making payment.

4.2. Pricing for all experiences is determined by the experience providers. Delightdays does not mark up experience prices.

4.3. Delightdays charges a service fee for each voucher purchased on the platform:

    3% for mobile money payments.

     5% for card payments.

5. Acceptable Payment Methods

5.1. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, cards, and mobile money.

6. E-Voucher Redemption

6.1. E-vouchers are redeemed at the experience provider's location, supermarket, or fuel station.

6.2. Delightdays will remit the payment to the merchant's M-Pesa till immediately upon successful redemption.

6.3. Clients can only enjoy the experience after the successful redemption of the e-voucher.

7. Refunds Policy

7.1. Customers may receive a full refund within 14 days after purchasing a voucher.

7.2. Service fees are not refundable.

8. Ownership

8.1. The Delightdays online experiences marketplace is the property of Delightdays Experiences LTD.

9. User-Generated Content

9.1. User-generated content, including reviews, is subject to our privacy policy.

10. Privacy and Data Handling

10.1. Privacy and data handling are subject to our privacy policy.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya.

11.2. In case of disputes, we will attempt arbitration to reach an agreement. If arbitration does not resolve the matter, either party may seek resolution through legal means.

12. Updates

12.1. We may update these terms and conditions as our practices and services evolve. Any changes will be reflected in this policy, and the effective date will be updated.

13. Termination of Fraudulent Accounts

13.1. Delightdays reserves the right to terminate accounts found to be fraudulent.

14.1. By using the Delightdays platform, users agree to these terms and conditions.
